Britain’s moral mythology: The 800-year-old ‘medieval encyclopaedia’ written by monks and fit for King Henry VIII goes on display

A medieval book that once belonged to King Henry VIII will go on public display for the first time today. The lavishly illustrated Aberdeen Bestiary, created in England around 1200 and first documented in the Royal Library at Westminster Palace in 1542, is part of a new exhibition at Aberdeen University. for more click here
