Máel Coluim mac Cináeda (Modern Gaelic: Maol Chaluim mac Choinnich,known in modern anglicized regnal lists as Malcolm II; died 25 November 1034),was King of the Scots from 1005 until his death.He was a son of Cináed mac Maíl Coluim; the Prophecy of Berchán says that his mother was a woman of Leinster and refers to him as Máel Coluim Forranach, “the destroyer”. for more click here
